The v1.3 release is ready. This releases focused on stabilization: bug fixes, performance tuning, and unit test building.

New feature:

#11202 : Support for import / export of XML files in the Edit View of the Custom XML editor.

Bug fixes:

#11448 : XML Parts panel shows a UI that lets users add a new XML part if one does not exist. Previously a user could edit in this panel even though there was no XML part which caused a crash.

#11489 : If one made an edit to a document and clicked open, now the UI asks to save or cancel. Previously a user could lose work if they accidently opened a new document.

#11562 : In previous versions, once a content control was data bound and saved it could not be unbound. This has been fixed in this version.
